"I was informed that I was being sold an official Lenovo charger. However, what I was actually sent was a cheap imitation. Within just weeks, with no pressure or impact being applied, the charging pin bent so that the charger would no longer hold in my laptop. Within 4 months, the charging pin fell apart into multiple pieces, rendering it useless. Throughout all of this, I was repeatedly requesting a refund so that I could replace it with a functioning charger, and I was consistently refused, and often completely ignored. I would not recommend this company, due to the poor quality product and the very poor customer service."
