"I went to shosha in the hopes of finding a gift for my girlfriend and after being talked into buying a grinder that "all the woman are buying" (which she found atrocious and wanted to swap it for another item in shosha) We found out you may only swap a purchased good for another good in the exact same category and priced no more or if less no cash remedy is made to equal the purchase. A very deceptive and unnecessary tactic made by Sosha, definitely lost many customers for good with this move."
