"I have never had a bad experience at this store. I found the staff could understand me perfectly. So never a issue there. Ive always found the staff very friendly and helpful. Never a long wait to be served. If anything they offer you the choice to be served at both Post shop counter or the lotto counter. I thoroughly enjoy going to this because of their staffs great attitudes."

"Hard to understand as they dont understand English properly. Not only that then you have Irate customers at the back yelling at the back. When they should be made to stand outside. Aggressive customers who are inpatient, they should be asked to leave the store rather than yelling from the top of their lungs because they arent being served and are inpatient."
