"Happy with the initial discussion about arrangements to go about obtaining a quotation for a residential move. However turned up at my property without appropriate warning, without subsequent immediate follow-up and waited two days before having to call them myself. One, to even find out if they were considering providing a quote. Two, to obtain an apology for disturbing my household and taking photos when I was not present, as was arranged. And finally three, to inform them I will not be using their services. I was not happy."
