"Terrible!! Went to collect our 5m old puppy no one was around after calling out to James. We were able to just walk in & collect our puppy which was very concerning as it should be locked. his blankets smelt like pee & so did he, also he had gashes on his legs which they claim was because our puppy was fretting but we were never told while we were in chch for the week. I will never return my precious baby to this place again!"
