"The Team at Synergy Hair Hornby is absolutely fantastic. 2 weeks ago I had my first ever appointment after nearly 2 years of not being to a hairdresser. Booking the appointment was super easy over the Synergy Hair website. Quick response with a personal touch sent shortly after the booking. On the day of the appointment, I was greeted friendly by a staff member at the front and seated. I got offered a hot drink - lovely after a day at work just to relax a couple of minutes before the appointment. My hairstylist JP introduce himself and we had a good chat about what I was thinking of having done that day. I explained that my hair needs a decent cut and that I would love to have my hair coloured pink - I had this colour previously and loved it :) - JP took his time and explained every step of the process. The Team worked well together and helped each other which was lovely to see. Nissa and JP went above and beyond to finish my hairstyle of even passed opening hours. I can highly recommend Synergy Hair Hornby and the team . I can't wait for my next appointment."
