"I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding an incident that occurred during my recent visit to your restaurant. My 17-month-old child accidentally spilled some food on the high chair table and floor. It is natural for young children to be curious and still developing their motor skills, and spills can happen. However, the reaction from staff members (owners?) was disheartening and left me feeling upset. The individual in question, appeared visibly annoyed and gave off a sense of impatience when they noticed the spilled food. Rather than providing assistance or offering a kind gesture, their attitude suggested annoyance and a lack of understanding towards the challenges of dining with a young child. As a parent, I understand the importance of teaching my child table manners and cleaning up. However, I also believe that a family-friendly restaurant should demonstrate empathy, patience, and a willingness to assist in such situations. Unfortunately, the response we encountered did not align with these expectations. I must stress that the purpose of this complaint is not to be confrontational or to seek compensation, but rather to highlight areas that require improvement. I strongly believe that every customer, including families with babies, should be treated with respect, care, and attention to ensure an enjoyable dining experience. I hope you will address this matter seriously and take appropriate steps to ensure a more pleasant experience for families dining at your establishment. "Don’t underestimate this great little spot! The food is 20/10 and really a steal for its price. If anything, you have to go there to try the dumplings, the generous portions make it a meal of its own. It’s evident that it’s owned by people who love what they do.
