"6 weeks ago I tried this salon for the first time. It was a wonderful experience. I was served by Victoria, she was fantastic, listening to what I wanted she spent time styling my hair chatting to me and when finished Victoria used product to complete the style. I was so guppy with her service. Today I returned and the stylist I had did not asked me anything except the number buzz cut at the sides and back. She worked very fast as iff she just wanted me out of the chair. I feel like it was just a short back and sides cut with no style. If this is the standard of service going forward I will have to look elsewhere. Very disappointed."
"I honestly wish there was a no star! So shocking the man is incredibly rude made me cry! Was so rough and was just saying all the negitive stuff that was wrong with my hair no smiles no respect definitely will never return and will be trying another just cuts was only my second time there first time I had another person and was lovely but this time it was the worst time your meant to enjoy your haircut well I hated it the whole time I sat there! And to top it off I can’t even notice what I asked asked for the weight and boffyness out but cant even tell that."
"asked for a trim about 2 inches. before i could say too much the hairdresser whilst cutting a part of my hair says “i’ll cut it here and see if you like it”. about 6 inches come off and i have no choice but to go with that length as my hair had been cut. felt as though the hairdresser didn’t have the time for me and wanted to get it done quickly. quite upset, i know hair grows back but it’s not what i wanted."
"Terrible!!! The worst haircut I've ever had, and the worst hairdresser I have ever been to. I am embarrassed about my hair now, and have made excuses not to see people unless I have to as it looks so awful. And when I do see people I have to explain that I did not want or ask for this. The woman that cut my hair has no skill. Just Cuts must be hiring unqualified people. I went to get a trim and tidy up at about 1pm on Saturday, 11 December, and came out with uneven, choppy looking, quite short hair. She didn't listen to anything I said or asked, and for the first time ever at the hairdressers I said "STOP" when she took a large chunk out of the middle of my fringe. I had said several times, and even showed her that my fringe needs to be below my eyebrows but it now has a big chunk out of the centre while the edges of it somehow remained untouched. I asked for about an inch and a half to be trimmed from my hair, and she somehow took this to mean a good four inches, and in a horribly Karen'ish style it is much shorter at the back. She asked if I wanted it shaped around my face, I said no, and before I knew it she was hacking away again. And for all of this it took a very long time. I shouldn't have paid. I was just desperate to get out. I contacted Just Cuts as I felt it important that they know they have someone doing hatchet jobs in one of their salons (and I thought the Receptionist was very good and efficient), and asked for nothing more than an apology. However true to their apparent lack of professionalism in every area, I have heard nothing back. My advice, stay away from these incompetent, unprofessional, unethical people, and go to a real hairdresser. Edited to add... I see you respond to another very unhappy customer by saying you take complaints seriously. Do you seriously stand by that terrible cut in the photo?"
