"Although we really enjoyed the actual boat ride to the Fieldays we were VERY unimpressed with Aaron's people skills. I sadly made the mistake of booking the wrong day, which I fully admit was my fault but Aaron point blank refused to consider changing the day. Yes, that is his prerogative but he was so grumpy, arrogant and declined to discuss this. I rebooked at more expense as we were travelling with family . On the day of the trip his demenour was just the same to the point that as we walked up from the boat ramp to the Fieldays lots of the passengers were talking about it!! During the day it rained and when we came to come back the seats were wet. He wiped them with a very wet towel so that we all had wet trousers when we got out! Lots of things that could be improved!"
