"Rude woman no customer skills at all will go elsewhere. I spoke to woman in office I was wanting a price for a battery for my car she passed me on to a nice helpful guy with a ancient but he was unsure if you accepted winz payment card. I was handed back to her and she was rude and would not listen. I know this is a difficult time and it is made even worse by people like her. To have someone try to make me feel dumb and insufficient was disgusting and disrespectful I hung up and rang a business just down the road who went above and beyond."
