"Ordered through Uber, food was missing from order. Tried ringing but was told “my phone was quiet” and then hung up on. Then they wouldn’t answer the phone for the rest of the night. Other food was cold, won’t order from there again."
"I found deep fried bugs in my kumara fries??? A wasp or something like that and a leg off another insect????Absolutely disgusting"
"We ordered 3 Mexicano pitas. The order was cold and damaged and we found a black hair in our food. I did call got cut off the whole time. Finally when the lady answered I did tell her about my order I just wanted a refund. We paid a lot for food that was disquisting not very happy."
"I'll give it about a 2 1/2 stars. I called before hand to ask if they have egg'd as its now become one of my favourites and didn't want to drive to Te Rapa for it. The phone connection was so bad that it kept cutting out. I went in once I was able to confirm they indeed have it, I ordered the Ultimate: Bacon, ham, egg, hashbrown. I asked to add avo on it and take out the sweet chilli and add hollondaise sauce to it. By this stage it had gotten super busy and I ended up waiting for about 20+ for my order. I felt so bad for the employee as she was swapped with walk in customers and uber orders. So please look at hiring another person. I got home and took some bites out (2-3) to find out that it had no ham and it had sweet chilli sauce. So I called and tried to explain that my order was wrong. She could not understand me and it didn't help that the phone kept cutting off. I ended up driving back to the store. She apologized and I understood as it was busy (I work in hospo myself). I told her take your time as when you rush thats when things start to go wrong. She remade my order and I was eager to eat it at home. I took a bite and you could taste the burn on the bacon, the bun was toasted little too long as it was a bit hard, the avo wasn't ripe enough yet as it was hard and tasted weird. I'll be going to Te Rapa store from now on until you're able to get enough staff so it can run effiecently, where a staff doesn't have to rush and make mistakes. It would take a load off them."
