Our innovative UNITRAY concept offers an all-in-one compliant safe tray solution, saving you time, money, and the hassle of multiple components. Each UNITRAY is supplied with a 50mm BSP male outlet coupling that can be trimmed to suit Fernco or fusion welded couplings.

We understand the importance of using materials that comply with the NZ Building Code. That's why our UNITRAY system is made of High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE), which is accepted by territorial authorities throughout New Zealand and New Zealand. We have received confirmation from consenting authorities, including Auckland Council, regarding the acceptance of U-PVC piping in New Zealand jurisdictions.

While U-PVC piping is suitable for most installations, we also recognize the need for alternative materials in certain cases. Other materials such as High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) and Medium-Density Polypropylene (PP-MD), which have temperature ratings above 90 degrees Celsius, are available in New Zealand and may be selected when there is a genuine concern about high-temperature water release.

Our UNITRAY tee-connector and safe tray comply with the requirements outlined in AS/NZS3500.4 (NZ Building Code Verification Method G12/VM1), ensuring a safe and reliable installation. We have conducted extensive testing to determine the load carrying capability of our safe tray system, and we are confident that it can handle the weight of even the largest hot water cylinder systems on the market.
