He has also provided advice on tenancy, employment, insolvency, and consumer rights while working with MBIE and completing a Master's degree in law at Victoria University. Jaco successfully passed the New Zealand law admission examinations in 2018/2019 and was admitted as a barrister and solicitor in New Zealand in December 2019.
