Our experienced team is proficient in both short-term and long-term counseling, tailoring the number and frequency of sessions to suit each individual's unique circumstances. After the initial appointment, we provide a recommendation on the number of sessions required. We understand that affordability may be a concern, and we are open to discussing flexible arrangements to accommodate your financial situation. In some cases, meeting less frequently can still yield positive results.

For individual counseling, our rate is $100.00 per one-hour session. We are also proud partners of Gumboot Friday, offering two free counseling sessions for individuals aged 25 and under. To access these sessions, you can search for Matthew Letica on the Gumboot Friday website and select our profile.

If you require family or couples counseling, our rate is $130.00 per one-hour session. We believe that addressing relationship dynamics and fostering open communication can greatly improve overall well-being.

Furthermore, we offer external supervision for professionals in the counseling and social work fields. If you are a counselor, working towards professional membership, or a social practitioner in a helping profession, we are available to provide the necessary support and guidance. In terms of payment, we accept cash and online payments. Unfortunately, EFTPOS is not available at this time. If your counseling or supervision is funded by an external organization, we can arrange to send invoices directly to them.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we have a cancellation policy in place. If you provide at least 24 hours' notice, no cancellation fee will be charged. However, if less than 24 hours' notice is given, a cancellation fee of $40.00 will be applied.
