"Got 15% surcharge on Christmas Day and the barista is taking ages to make one coffee. The waitress cannot remember you anymore after you paid and will always trying to find you even though you stand in front of them. They even gave my coffee to other people by mistake then get it back and give it to me. Even though it has not been drunk by other people, this is a hygiene issue for me. Won’t come back again."
"Had a very nice breakfast here. The waffle was amazing. The green bowl was OK but left me a bit hungry. Might just be my appetite though! Very nice and accommodating staff. It was very busy and they stayed professional and welcoming and the food came out quickly and tasted great."
