We understand the frustration of waiting weeks for a doctor's appointment, which is why we take pride in our good appointment availability. In many cases, patients can secure an appointment on the same day they call or within a 1-2 day wait.

Our comprehensive range of services ensures that our patients receive the best possible care. From wound dressings, stitches removal, and liquid nitrogen treatments to driver license renewals, WINZ reviews, and insurance medicals, we have you covered. We also provide family planning services, including depo injections and Mirena/Jadelle insertion and removal, as well as mental health care, skin checks, and lifestyle advice.

Please note that we operate strictly by appointment only, and our doctors do not see walk-in patients. Our appointments are allocated for 15-minute intervals, which is generally sufficient to address one major concern or a couple of minor concerns. If you require a longer consultation, please inform our reception when booking your appointment. Extended 30-minute consultations are available for a fee of $100, or $80 for enrolled patients.

To book an appointment, simply call us at 07 847 8425 or visit our clinic at 21 Whatawhata Road, Dinsdale. If there are no available appointments at the time of your call, you can ask to be added to our cancellation list or speak to one of our nurses.

While we strive to minimize waiting times, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause a slight delay. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. To help us stay on schedule, please inform our reception of any important information when booking your appointment.

It is crucial that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, the doctor may be unable to see you, and you may need to reschedule. In case of urgent concerns such as chest pain, difficulty breathing, or bleeding, please inform our staff upon arrival at the clinic.

For emergencies, please hang up and dial 111 or visit your nearest emergency center. If you require treatment outside our opening hours, please contact our after-hours provider, Tui Medical, at 0800 175 175, or call Healthline at 0800 611 116. Additionally, you can arrange a virtual GP consultation through the Practice Plus link on our website.

We understand that circumstances may change, and if you are unable to attend an appointment you have booked, please provide us with at least 2 hours' notice. Failure to do so will result in a non-attendance fee of $25.

For test results, we will notify you via phone, text, Manage My Health, email, or mail if your results are abnormal, concerning, or require further action. We encourage you to register for Manage My Health to access all your lab results online.
