Welcome to Yoga with Julie, located at Christchurch, Baxter Crescent, 3. Our institution is a unique establishment that combines the elements of a gym, health center, and point of interest. At Yoga with Julie, we offer a new level of relaxation that allows your mind to empty and find stillness, while your body lets go, heals, and restores itself. Our aim is to help you find your inner place of calm.
Practicing yoga with us will support you in achieving a balanced outlook on life and work. This, in turn, can help you develop an appreciation for the little things in life. Improved sleep is just one of the many benefits of yoga, along with increased flexibility, muscle strength, and tone.
Our Yoga classes take place in our Home-based Studio, offering small nurturing classes with a personal approach. Whether you suffer from lower back pain, arthritis, headaches, or other chronic pain, our relaxation techniques can help lessen these effects. Research also suggests that slow, mindful yoga can assist with balance, joint stiffness, anxiety, depression, weight management, and heart health.

"I have been going to Julie’s Holistic Yoga class for roughly a year now and love it. This class is different to intense flow yoga, while many of the poses are the same it’s more about stretching and giving tired and sore muscles some love. Small classes mean Julie is able to cater to specific areas if you have any niggles (which I always do) and movements are gentle but very very effective. The guided meditation at the end of the session sets me up for the weekend and I really notice if I miss a class. Julie is a fantastic teacher, she’s passionate and makes sure everyone gets the most out of a session. I highly recommend her classes."
