At Pass the Parcel, we understand the importance of efficient and reliable delivery services. That's why we have implemented a user-friendly tracking system to ensure that you are always informed about the whereabouts of your parcel. Simply enter the complete barcode provided to you, and our system will provide you with real-time updates on the status of your delivery.

If you encounter any issues with entering the barcode, we recommend using the number 0 instead of the letter "o". This will ensure that each field has the required 4 characters for accurate tracking.

Our tracking system provides comprehensive information about your parcel. For instance, you can easily check the date and time your parcel was picked up or dropped off at our depot. If there is further information available for your parcel, our system will indicate "Check" and you can scroll down to view the latest updates.

Once your parcel has been successfully delivered, our system will display the date and time of delivery. Additionally, you can find the name of the person who signed for the parcel, along with their signature if available. If you notice the words "ATL" or "PTL", this means that either the sender or receiver has given us permission to leave the parcel without requiring a signature.

In the rare event that we make a mistake and send your parcel to the wrong branch, we apologize for the inconvenience. Rest assured, we will rectify the situation promptly and ensure that your parcel is delivered to the correct location on the following day.

Please note that if your parcel is headed to a rural address, delivery may take an additional 24 hours. In such cases, we are unable to obtain a signature due to the remote location.
