I emailed them directly before making this post and after a week no reply. "Went to have my eyebrows done today, can’t say I was overly thrilled with my experience. I was treated by Becca and throughout my appointment she seemed very rushed doing my eyebrows. After having a look in the mirror afterwards she has left my eyebrows very uneven and left them a lot skinnier than they used to be. I have very dark thick eyebrows and love when they have body and soft shape, but unfortunately now they just look like they have been drawn on with a vivid. I have had many amazing experiences at this spa and the spa itself is beautiful, but I wouldn’t get my eyebrows done by her again."
