"Big range of clothes, generally dearer than an opshop but often lots of brand new clothes to be found so still plenty of bargains to be had. Sweltering on a hot day as no proper air-con, just a couple of big fans moving the air around. I feel for the staff."

That’s all I want if I’m paying $60 for a faulty jacket when I donate $50 worth of clothes monthly to your store."
"I think the pricing is a little out of control. Warm coats up to $59. It's pricing out a lot of people from items that in the past were affordable. It's very much a business over an opportunity store. They do have a lot of options and some reasonable categorisation which is helpful. But it depresses you to know that when you donate your clothes you no longer need they are not helping those that do need them."
