From what I have seen Genivieve is calm with the dogs and professional and as I'm coming up and down the driveway on a daily basis I havent seen anything at all that justifies the previous review."

"I would just like to say I live across the road from Furness grooming. And not once have I ever heard the groomer "yell at distressed dogs" the previous review is inaccurate and unreliable. Both ladies that run the grooming services are both highly professional and I have never seen any distressed dogs in the 3yrs I've lived opposite them. Yes the dryers are loud, but there has never been any issues with screaming groomers. Please do not use the previous review as any guidance."
