"Ordered a couple on their website on the 9th of April. Received the tracking information on the 11th of April. Followed the tracking website for a week and still no information. Called their customer service and asked my order to be cancelled. A polite lady took down all the details and said will call back in 5 min. Waited the entire day and never received a call back. Next day morning got the order delivered which was the 22nd of April. Poor service. Won't be using them again."
"I ordered 3 bottles of liquer around Christmas from Big Barrel. Two of them arrived in a single box and I thought the other one must have been sent separately. After a month in Jan, I still didn't receive it. I emailed them and there was no reply from them at all. If you are not going to provide proper customer service, you shouldn't be selling liquor. Never had this problem with Whisky and more from whom I order regularly"
