Please note that parking at SkyCity is not free when you dine with us. However, we do offer discounted parking rates of $5 for the first two hours and $1 for every hour after, if you spend a minimum of $20 at any of the outlets. If you're celebrating a special occasion, you'll be pleased to know that most of our outlets allow customers to bring their own cakes when a booking has been made. Simply discuss this with the relevant manager of the outlet.

While most of our meat suppliers are Halal certified, please be aware that all meat preparation is completed in a central kitchen, so we cannot guarantee that the meat is Halal.

If you're a Premier Rewards cardholder, you can use your Premier Points or car parking credits to exit the parking facility. Simply swipe your card at the parking machines.

If you have any specific dietary requirements, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. However, please note that our environment contains gluten and we cannot guarantee a 100% gluten-free experience.

When you visit us, you'll find us on the right-hand side just after The Local Taphouse. And speaking of The Local Taphouse, while we don't serve alcohol, you can order EAT Burger from their bar along with your favorite alcoholic beverages (18 rules apply).
