"I worked at Tauranga Crossing as a cleaner and have no faith in my employer. Not all staff work as a team so good staff leave. That means more work for those who care about their job. And vacancies are not always filled in a hurry, so it seems."
"OCS workers harass single females that are legally parked in freedom camping sites. There are a few of them that do this. Cant tell what their ethnic origin is but they look very foreign and probably middle eastern or such. Very grimmy men are employed by this company. Who have no courtesy or respect to woman. They deliberately park right next to your vehicle really early in the morning, playing loud thumping noise from there work cars. To wake you up when it's still dark. There was lots of alternate parking. If you say anything they get really nasty and make false accusations. One even came back again a few hours later driving in such an erratic manner he hit the wooden posts. These men are a menace."
"I had an OCS cleaner long greasy black hair...driving a OCS van toyota hiace with the numberplate starting with 'L' at 8.40pm 28 January 2021 starring at my 12 year old daughter for a long period of time when we were next to his van at the Brookfield Tauranga lights. His driving was all over the show from Waihi Rd and my wife was said he kept starring at my daughter giving my daughter a sick look. I wouldn't have this guy anywhere near children."
"Witnessed two elderly European cleaners at the Bayfair food centre flicking food onto chairs and unwary diners sitting on them. In all fairness we received excellent service from the ladies who cleaned our table before and after we dined."
"What ever you do don't apply for a job for ocs they don't pay you jack s**t. They expect you to work for pittens. They expect you to work on call and not pay you for on call hours. Just another Australian owned crap company. Also they have really bad and probably illegal jobs I went through the process of paperwork that normally takes an hour in 10 mins."
