Chris Minty has a wealth of experience in property development, property management, and consultancy, having worked with a wide range of clients including financial institutions, corporates, private clients, and receivers. From small property issues to full portfolio analysis and strategy formation, PAML is able to provide complete solutions to any property issues.

At PAML, our philosophy is to take ownership of our clients' issues and handle them as if they were our own. Chris Minty has managed significant commercial and residential developments, including the Heritage Hotels in Auckland, Christchurch, and Queenstown, Foundry in Albany, and Neuhaus in Stonefields. He has also assisted a major financial institution in managing its group property portfolio and successfully managed a divestment program resulting in sales exceeding $200 million in just 24 months.

With extensive experience in securities, Chris has acted as the Managing Director of Paramount Property Trust (now Argosy) during its conceptualization, share offer, and initial listing. He has also served on the board of directors of various companies, including acting as the independent director of the St John Balanced Property Trust Ltd, providing critical advice during a takeover. Chris also acts as an Independent Property Consultant, advisor, and project manager, offering solutions and management for commercial, residential, industrial, and mixed-use projects.

Chris specializes in development conceptualization, design management, project viability assessments, and consent management. With a Bachelor of Business Studies specializing in property management from Massey University, Chris brings a well-rounded background to his work. He started his career as a Property Manager and Analyst with Colonial Mutual before gaining broad business experience.
