We are pleased to announce that Ms. Neeta Bhushan has recently been appointed as the High Commissioner of India to New Zealand, starting from September 8th, 2022. With an extensive background in diplomacy, Ms. Bhushan joined the Indian Foreign Service in 1994, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to her role.
In addition, we are delighted to introduce Bhav Dhillon as the Honorary Consul of India, responsible for Northland, Auckland, and Waikato. As the Honorary Consul, Mr. Dhillon plays a crucial role in supporting the Indian community and facilitating consular services in this region.
Please note that our office is operated by the Honorary Consul, and it may not be operational if the Honorary Consul is unavailable or traveling overseas. Therefore, we kindly request that you visit the office only if you have a valid appointment. We regret to inform you that walk-ins are not accepted at this time.

"Great to have office in Auckland, Overall good experience, but it should be clear on consular website that any attestation is $20 per document. It's around $100 or $120 NZD price if you have 5 or 6 documents to be attested. It should be low or free. On the website it says any attestation is $20, it not clear its for one documents or all documents."

"Easy and friendly . Been there 3 times with a friend,getting an appointment was not an issue,once you have all your papers/documents organized it’s very easy to get your job done.
