"I’m absolutely gob smacked with the situation that has just taken place… my dog was booked in for a groom and at last minute was asked if it could be done on my premises which would have involved my power and minus a bath and ten dollars off total price, I could not provide this as I wouldn’t have been home, I was told to look else where for service’s… we have used this service several time’s with no problems but just find this so frustrating and bizarre!"
