Known for its aesthetic blend of kicks, flips, and twists, Tricking allows individuals to express themselves freely through self-expression as a sport and art. While there are no formal rules or regulations, there is a generally accepted list of tricks that vary in difficulty. Freerunning, often seen as the crossover between Tricking and Parkour, is a form of creative expression through the freedom of movement. It allows individuals to push their physical limits and showcase their creativity through fluid and acrobatic movements.

Partner acrobatics is another exciting discipline we offer, which involves performing tricks with two or three people. This dynamic and collaborative practice focuses on trust, balance, and coordination, creating breathtaking performances that captivate audiences.
