"We were in Lake Tekapo en route to Christchurch when a campsite neighbor suggested we go on the walking tour of the city, and we are glad we did! Simon was super knowledgeable and personable, the day was beautiful, and the walking tour felt manageable. It is a great way to get your bearings of a city, and it felt easy to navigate and very walkable/bikeable (the central area at least). After tepid reviews from kiwis around the country, I wasn’t expecting much, but Christchurch was a pleasant surprise!"
