Kamal, a New Zealand qualified chef with a decade of experience in the hospitality sector, brings his culinary expertise to create mouthwatering dishes. Mandeep, the competent Operations Manager, ensures that every guest leaves with a smile on their face.

Our journey to discovering this hidden gem began during the lockdown when we stumbled upon this cafe and instantly fell in love with it. Little did we know that destiny had already decided it belonged to us. Due to the unfortunate circumstances of the pandemic, the cafe was closed, and we seized the opportunity to make it our own.

At Ginger & Honey Cafe, we believe in the fusion of learning new things while preserving traditional flavors. We take pride in baking our cakes and savory items on-site, using locally sourced produce to satisfy the Kiwi taste buds. Our menu is updated according to the seasons, ensuring that you always have the freshest and most flavorful options to choose from.
