"I enjoyed my meal. I got the chicken noodle soup and crispy pork spring rolls. The soup was ok but the chicken was smaller and substantially less than what I’d get elsewhere. It also cost $1 more. The broth was also pretty weak tasting and was quite light and clear in colour. I did like the extra ginger (I think it was), that came with the sauces. The spring rolls were really good, but at around $5 each were a tad overpriced for me, for the size. The place is super cute, the dining experience is fun and the atmosphere vibrant. The staff are efficient and friendly and all in all it was a great meal. I’d probably stick to my normal Vietnamese joint (they do not open on the day I visited), but I would come again if I’m the area."
"Great restaurant with flavorful food. Our favourite dish was the crispy pork spring roll because of its texture and the sauce that went well with it. The crispy pork belly in sticky sauce, which was very crunchy and flavorful, was our second favourite. The curry was a little spicy, which was unexpected, but the banh mi was extremely excellent and tasted quite authentic. This restaurant is often a decent choice for dinner. They are constantly full, and reservations are not accepted. I would advise arriving early to secure a spot inside."
"Food was good, service was fairly fast. Definitely need to come early because they take no reservations, which probably explains why it’s always busy… very suitable for a younger group due to the loud music and pink hue"
"Came here for lunch for the first time. The food was nice had pork belly, chicken and spring rolls. Not the best Vietnamese I’ve had, the oil used for the spring rolls wasn’t very nice. The pork belly and rice was nice. Felt it was expensive for what we had, decor is cool and casual. Service wasn’t great, felt the wait staff were too focused on folding napkins than serving the customers and wasn’t offered any drinks when we arrived. I feel there are better Vietnamese places in hamilton, I may go back but no rush"
