"Booked an appointment for 12.15pm, arrived at 12.10pm. No one was at the counter so followed the sign and took a seat to wait. Didn't see a staff member until nearly 12.30pm. No apology or explanation and asked me to wait longer. Decided to just walk out after total wait time reached nearly 30mins. Poor service, will not be booking in for services here again if this is how they value customers time"
