I bought a serum which unfortunately broke in transit. Not only did they wire a refund to the Uk but they sent me a new one which just happened to be delivered on my Birthday, Nadia was great and fantastic organising this. These people are really the best and go to the end to help you. No one else in Christchurch touches them for a quality cut and treatments. Personally I cannot recommend this company enough.
