"Terrible, booked in and got held up in traffic which made me 15 minutes, rang up in advance to let them know I would be running late and was informed there would be a fee, which was understandable as I assumed they would be busy. They told me to come and if and they would sort it out when I got there. Ended up being charged $80 and it was only me and 2 others in the store. Terrible service. Do not recommend. Haircut was definitely not worth what I was charged."
"Thanks to Ben for a really great cut. I was anxious as this was my second hair cut since moving to Christchurch and the first one somewhere else was not so great. Ben did a great job and cut my hair in a style that works for my head. I was a walk-in too which is sometimes pot luck. Really happy with his attention to detail with a scissor cut.
