"-Edit- Kitchen and Things have agreed to replace the appliance, so I have changed the rating from one to four stars because it wasn't without fuss. However, the phone call and apology made up for the frustration. ------ Sales people are helpful but the delivered a damaged appliance and then refused to remedy the issue. Overall experience has been terrible which is fairly bitter given you're paying a premium for european appliance and I expected a better service as a result. Make sure that you're home at the time of delivery to inspect the appliance, or purchase elsewhere from someone that supports their customers."
