I recently damaged a crown and they arranged for an appointment the next day. Narelle and her assistant who I, had never met before were excellent, kind, caring and gentle service. "Price ended up double what I expected because they changed the appointment to double appointment without communicating with me first ( I was happy with a standard appointment and what could be done in that time, and said so) The hygienist also disregarded my request for a lecturefree appointment which I found stressful, disrespectful and rude.
