We encourage you to drop off your old batteries with us, as we are committed to ensuring their proper disposal and recycling. Our process involves palletising, strapping, and shrink-wrapping the batteries before delivering them to Dominion Trading. They then containerize and export them to battery smelters, in compliance with the international BASIL Agreement. This responsible approach allows us to recover approximately 98% of the old battery for recycling. The lead is re-smeltered, the plastic is chipped and re-molded, and the acid is re-used, all contributing to the creation of new batteries.
