"Awful. Ordered an engine head from them but came with no cam caps. The caps and the head are made together from the factory and shouldn't be separated. I emailed them about this, they threw out or lost the original cam caps, sent me up some other ones at my expense, to find they were not properly packaged and as a result were damaged during transit. Also have tried to email them about 2-3 times and haven't received a response since mid February. Its now 3 weeks later. Will never use them again."
