"We paid 200$ for car parts in this shop to have them the next day. The person on the phone told us that the parts would arrive within the day but no news, the next day we were told that the parts were available, surprise when we arrived at the shop, there was only half the order that day... after 3 incompetent calls and 2 return trips for nothing, the parts arrived 3 days later. We had to ask for a refund because we found them quickly at NAPA. Icing on the cake a refund under conditions of 10$ charged for the return to the warehouse. Good job !"
"I’m usually too lazy/busy to write online reviews but had such exceptional service, I thought I have to. The 2 guys that helped me today (and on my last visit) we friendly, prompt and made the whole experience positive. Exchanged a Bluetooth adaptor that wasn’t working with zero hassle. Let’s just say we’re a 3 vehicle household and we will be giving all our future business to Supercheap. No time for Repco as I’ve had literally the opposite experiences there. Thanks team. You rock."
"Very bad shelving and stock layout. Things in the wrong place, mislabelled pricing on shelves or stock put on shelves in such a way so you can easily purchase the wrong (more expensive) product. Make sure you double and triple check the products you purchase, and the receipt. Yeah sure, if you take the products back they might exchange them. But are they going to refund you the time and money spent on petrol due to them running their store in an incompetent manner?"
