"My mother bought a jacket at the Barrington Mall shop on Sunday and the ladies there were extremely helpful. When my mother arrived home she found she had the same color in her wardrobe, so she telephoned the Bush Inn centre as she lives close to this one and asked if she could change it for another color and was told she could if she had her receipts. She drove down there and the lady was very rude to her, growling at her for not chosing the correct one in the first place, and huffed and puffed at her. My mother was upset as she said the ladies are normally so nice there."
