"Good variety of styles in footwear & different form other stores. However, was disappointed that a staff member kept calling out to me from behind me at least 6 feet away. Please approach the customer to ensure that they know you are in fact speaking to them, as there usually are other people in the store & I personally will not engage with people calling out from behind me as I do not know that you are addressing me, finding it unprofessional & rude. On a further note, perhaps the best approach is to ask " how may I help you?" & not "Are you okay there". Great store, customer service needs work."
