Located on Victoria Street, our establishment is equipped with state-of-the-art health and fitness equipment from some of New Zealand's leading brands. Our 30-meter lunge track and separate strength area provide ample space for a variety of workouts. With air-conditioning and motivating trainers, we strive to create a safe and welcoming environment for all our members.

Our impressive 25m x 25m pool boasts 10 lanes of crystal clear water, specifically designed for training. This "fast" pool eliminates surge and waves that can slow swimmers down, ensuring a smoother swimming experience. Additionally, our pool is equipped with air cushioning systems that soften the impact when diving and provide a clearer line of sight.
While you don't have to be a member to swim at our pool, becoming a member comes with its benefits. The more you swim, the cheaper the price per swim, and members also enjoy discounts at the gym and other facilities. Please note that swim caps are compulsory to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of our pool.
Fastlane Fitness is proud to offer a successful swim school for children aged 5 and above, as well as adults. Our experienced instructors provide comprehensive swimming lessons catered to different skill levels. For more information about our swim school, please visit our website.
At our Feedzone, you can fuel your workouts with healthy breakfasts, lunches, and salads. Whether you prefer to dine in or take away, we have a variety of options to suit your preferences. Additionally, we offer a range of snacks, protein shakes, bars, smoothies, and mojo coffee to keep you energized throughout the day. The Feedzone is open from 6:30am until 3pm on weekdays, and cold drinks are available at any time.
If you would like to order a salad for dinner, we offer pre-order services. Simply let us know in advance, and we will pack it for you to pick up. Alternatively, we have pre-packed salads available from our reception from 3pm until closing time.

"It’s a lovely gym but the customer service can immensely improve. I walked in to check out the gym & understand the membership options and the gentleman behind the counter( a young blonde man) could have been more active at his role. I requested him to teach me more about the membership plans and he handed a piece of paper with the information and continued chatting with his mates. I basically had to make sense of the plans from the brochure and give myself a gym tour. I Hope you guys take this positively and work on that bit because it’s a beautiful space you got there."
