"Great staff and always accommodating with appointments during working hours. After hours emergency requirements are directed to Hamilton or Tauranga. We all understand staff shortages but this is a concern and hopefully will be resolved in the near future. Te Aroha vets provide emergency support after hours which is helpful if you live in Matamata"
