Our services include emergency surgery, hospitalization, and overnight care for pets that require extra medical attention or have undergone major surgeries during the day.

We offer two overnight monitoring packages designed to cater to the specific needs of your animals, from those on IV fluids or frequent medications to critically ill patients. Our nurses closely monitor and treat your pets, ensuring their well-being throughout the night.

In addition to our emergency services, we also offer outpatient blood tests and monitoring options for veterinarians on weekends. Our facility is fully equipped with digital x-ray, ultrasound, blood machines, and other essential equipment to provide comprehensive care for your pets.

If your primary veterinarian recommends overnight monitoring for your pet, we are happy to accommodate their transfer to our facility. We work closely with your primary veterinarian, providing them with digital copies of medical records and test results for follow-up care and treatment.

To ensure efficient care, please complete our client details form upon arrival. Our nurses will triage your pet and assess their urgency compared to other patients. The duty veterinarian will then evaluate your pet and discuss a treatment plan with you.

Please note that we have a strict policy of one veterinarian on-site at a time for the safety of our inpatients. However, we can admit your pet directly from your primary clinic for ongoing monitoring and care.

While visiting your pet is allowed, please be aware that our ICU may not always be accessible due to the critical condition of other patients. We are also available for phone updates if you prefer.

For pet farewells, we have a partnership with Pet Farewells, who collect and return pets to our facility several times a week.

If your pet requires the expertise of a veterinary specialist, your primary veterinarian will work with you to make the necessary referrals once your pet is transferred back to them in the morning.
