Huntly Aquatic Centre

Welcome to Huntly Aquatic Centre, located at 21 Wight Street in Huntly, New Zealand. We are an indoor aquatics and fitness facility that caters to people of all ages and abilities. Whether you're looking to swim laps, participate in water aerobics, or work out in our fully equipped gym, we have something for everyone.

Our facility features three indoor pools, including a 6 lane lap pool, a 1m learners pool, and a 0.9m toddlers pool with a play area. We also have a fitness center with cardio equipment, free weights, and a weight station. You can access both the fitness center and lap pool for swimming, water walking, and Aqua Aerobic classes.

At Huntly Aquatic Centre, we pride ourselves on being a leader in state-of-the-art aquatic and leisure facilities. Our center offers a range of aquatic, leisure, and wellness programs that provide fun for people of all ages and abilities. We are part of the Waikato District Council, which offers aquatic and fitness services at three locations, including Huntly Aquatic Centre, Ngaruawahia Swimming Pool, and Tuakau Centennial Pool.

In addition to swimming and water safety lessons, school programs, and aqua aerobics, we also offer a fully functional gym with competitively priced membership options to suit your health and wellness goals. Our friendly staff is here to provide you with the best health and leisure experiences possible.

Our operating hours are Monday to Friday from 6:30 am to 7:00 pm, weekends from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and public holidays from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. Please note that our teaching pool will be closed during specific hours for learn-to-swim lessons.

Waterways Safety Week is coming to our Swim Tangaroa lessons from 12 - 18 June.
