To ensure that you receive your order in a timely manner, please place your orders by Sunday night at 11:59pm for delivery the following week. You can easily check the available delivery options for your address by going through the checkout process on our website.

At Feed Raw Petfoods, we do not physically hold stock as a cost-cutting measure. Instead, all of our pet food is made to order, guaranteeing that you receive a fresh and top-notch product. However, this does mean that it may take a little longer for your order to be prepared and delivered.

We cater to all pets, including our feline friends. If you have a picky cat, we recommend trying our Fussy Mix or Veal Mince, which are well-suited for even the fussiest eaters.

When your raw pet food arrives, it will be delivered inside a liner, which is then placed in a 30cm x 20cm x 15cm carton. The food is conveniently cut into blocks that can be easily defrosted.

To ensure the freshness of your pet food, we recommend storing it in an airtight container in the fridge. It will remain good for up to three days. Only defrost the amount you need for these three days and remember to wash your container or use a clean one when defrosting new amounts.

For your convenience, many of our customers thaw their pet food first, divide it into meal-sized portions, and then refreeze it.

One of the reasons we can offer our pet food at such affordable prices is because we do not have physical stores. This allows us to avoid additional costs such as rent, staff, and security, which are often passed on to customers by our competitors.

Please note that we operate on a wholesale quantity and wholesale price basis, keeping things simple and cost-effective.

As a volume-based business, we strive to spend as little time as possible on deliveries. Therefore, we encourage you to have a friend or family member available to receive your order. Not only does this help us streamline our operations, but it also provides an opportunity for a friendly catch-up.

We kindly request that you are punctual for your scheduled delivery time. Being late by even 20 minutes can disrupt our entire day, particularly during peak traffic hours. Likewise, if we are running behind schedule, it can inconvenience you as well.
