If you are a new client, we are thrilled to welcome you to the Waikato Boarding Kennels & Cattery family! To get started, please feel free to send us an email or visit our booking page to make an enquiry. We believe in personalized care, which is why we require a brief trial for all new dogs before boarding. This allows us to get to know your dog's unique personality and needs, and helps your pet become familiar with our environment, ensuring a comfortable and stress-free stay.
Please understand that we follow a strict schedule and that the presence of strangers entering the facility can cause stress and anxiety for our dogs, as it is their safe space. Therefore, we are unable to accommodate viewings of the facility without prior notice. We kindly request that you do not turn up unannounced, demanding a tour, as we prioritize the well-being of our animals and aim to minimize any unnecessary stress.
If you are interested in potentially viewing or booking your pets, please email us to enquire. Please note that we often have a waiting list for viewings due to high demand. Additionally, to ensure a smooth transition for your dog, we recommend a minimum of two visits leading up to December for them to become familiar with our facility.
