Stephanie Hills, with nearly forty years of experience as a social worker and counsellor, has helped countless individuals overcome depression, eating disorders, and other long-term issues through narrative and art therapy. She has also successfully worked with children and couples facing relationship difficulties.

Counselling provides a safe and confidential space to explore your life's challenges. Our counsellors use various techniques, including art and movement, to help you gain new perspectives. The goal is to find personalized solutions that free you from restrictive ways of thinking.

We prioritize your well-being and respect your individuality. If you have any concerns about your counselling experience, please communicate with your counsellor. If you remain unsatisfied, you have the option to make a complaint to the New Zealand Association of Counsellors or the Health Consumer Service.

As part of our commitment to professional ethics, all our counsellors receive regular supervision to enhance their practice. These discussions are conducted in a way that protects your confidentiality while improving the quality of the counsellor's work.

If you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment, please inform your counsellor as soon as possible. Failure to notify may result in a session charge. We accept cash, cheques, or direct deposits within 2 days of the session. If funding assistance is required, we may be able to provide support.
