Welcome to Active Explorers Farnborough, an exceptional childcare centre located in Hamilton, New Zealand. As an establishment, point of interest, and school, we provide a nurturing and enriching environment for young children to grow and develop their inquisitive minds.

One of our distinguishing features is our nature-based learning programs and commitment to sustainability. Situated just six houses away from a wetlands reserve and park, our tamariki (children) have the incredible opportunity to explore and learn in a large natural playground right on their doorstep. This setting offers a wealth of possibilities for hands-on exploration and discovery.

We are excited to announce that, starting from April 1, 2023, more families will be eligible for subsidies, and the hourly subsidy rates will increase. This change aims to make quality childcare more accessible for families in our community.

We are also thrilled to celebrate the achievements of our children. Our creative and environmentally conscious kids recently won second prize in the highly anticipated Hamilton Gardens Scarecrow Festival. This accomplishment showcases their understanding of important issues, such as the plight of the Maui Dolphin.
