Amanda Ueckermann - Psychologist

Welcome to Amanda Ueckermann - Psychologist, located at 180 Grey Street in Hamilton, New Zealand. Our institution is dedicated to helping clients address the difficulties and challenges they face in their lives. We provide a safe and confidential space for individuals to work through their issues and develop the necessary skills and resilience to live their best life.

At Amanda Ueckermann - Psychologist, our approach is integrative, meaning we draw upon a variety of therapy models to tailor our treatment to each individual's needs. We utilize Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), among other techniques, to guide our clients towards positive change.

Our psychologist, Amanda Ueckermann, is a registered Counselling Psychologist with the New Zealand Psychologist Board (NZPS). She is also a member of the NZ Psychological Society (MNZSpS). Amanda holds a Masters in Counselling Psychology, as well as a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts.

It is important to note that Amanda Ueckermann - Psychologist is a part of Talkingworks, an organization founded in 2006 by Karen Field. Karen, a registered psychotherapist (MNZAP) and counsellor (MNZAC), had a successful private practice on the Hibiscus Coast for 15 years.
